Why don't you take up the challenge? And come up with a book that can deal with all the areas of everyone's life for ages, a book which is so complex yet so simple even a baby could understand. A book that involves real life stories which teaches principles to live by for people of all walks of life. A book which portrays great life stories of real men and woman, showing them with warts and all... A book which comprises of so many forms of literature (history, songs, love songs, letters, words of wisdom, proverbs etc.); above all a book which describes the nature of God with no contradictions... and the book that has a plan for the problems of mankind if everyone obeyed...
You think you can write a book...?? Well, try it... and let us know and we'll decide if it qualifies.
Now please read this I Corinthians 1: 20, 25...
"Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?"
"Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men and the weakness of God is stronger than men..."

No way!!! Not in a million years. what god has written is amazing and it can be lived by. In fact the bible is full of lessons and things that you can do to make your life better. It may have been written a ling time ago but what he has written still stands true to this very day as it will forever!

If they could write down exactly what hap pend yes,but they can't because nobody knows,it would be just as unclear as the last one, all the bible is good for is a fascinating insight to the times and beliefs back then.

The Bible was never a rule book, no matter what the fanatics say.
It was a guide.
It is still a guide.
Why do you want another guide?, how much guidance do you need?.
We are humans, not sheep, we know what's right and wrong.
If God wanted to give us everything on a plate, so we didn't have to think, and make our own decisions, then he wouldn't have given us the ability to do so.

Another dumb question. No the Bible we have has enough answers to solve all the problems in the world and more. Read for yourself.

What's wrong with the current edition? No point in making up more stories. You will only get the masses into a frenzy.

Who's gonna write it?
I reakon Matt Lucas from little Britian would be good, with a little help from Ben Elton and Rowan Atkinson.
Thats just for starters

No the NKJV, the NLT, the Message, the NIV, and the NASB are quite sufficient for any good study of the Bible.

Why mess with perfection? It makes perfect sense and works.
There are others that have tried but it don't work anywhere close to how perfect the bible is.
