would we be able to track them down since the stuff was sent to their home or wherever else?

You can reach Trans Union Fraud Dept @ 1-800-680-7289. They should notify the other credit bureau for you.

Report the card stolen to the credit card company. Put an alert on your credit report at all 3 credit bureaus.

Let the credit card company worry about tracking down the thief.

if it was sent somewhere yes you can i suggest getting a new card with a new number
