I am serving a mixed baby green salad with raspberry viniagrette dressing, black strap molasses glazed salmon, brown rice, and asparagus with lemon and parmesan.

Thanks

i would probably serve a nice pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc for the white and maybe a lighter style pinot noir, maybe a french beaujolais, chianti from italy, even a zinfandel (the real red kind) would go well with the fish. I would probably do the zinfandel for the red wine, because of the molasses glaze. the molasses glaze is almost bbq like and would be very nice compliment to the zinfandel.

Wine is pretty tough to mate with asparagus. However, you have a lot of sweet and citrusy characters in the meal to play with.

You can try a dry sauvignon blanc to bring up the acidic components, or accentuate the sweeter components with a off-dry Riesling.

Don't be afraid to try a red wine with salmon. A pinot noir is good, and you might find a lambrusco to work well here. Lambrusco is an Italian wine that is a bit sweet and lightly fizzy. Good for the summer.

All things considered, have you ever tried a White Merlot? I think that would work nicely with what you have on the menu.
