Adult height will be reached at between 7 and 9 months,but the dog will continue to fill out and put on more coat until 18 - 24 months of age.

A lot of people in my family raise German Shepherds,and remember them saying it was about one and a half years old when they reach full size.

He will be about his full size when he is about a year old, although he could continue growing untill about 18 months old, mine did.

You can expect a GSD to grow in height for arouond 18 months, after that they start to put the bulk on.

Adult size will be reached at 2yrs of age.. 1st year will grow height wise.. 2nd year they fill out.
