hey there, in oklahoma,we get paid ,$90 per sf.
really depends ,on what bath fixtures,lights,plumbing etc,
you need three bids, fixed priced bibs,and a one year guartee. shop around, if you buy the lumber,lights,sheet rock.
you will save, because builder adds on the price ,due to the run round getting parts , dont forget you will need to include trash .
