Uh, what makes you think they don't interview and hire employees?
If you applied but didn't get an interview, possibly other people looked on their application like they were more qualified.

Wow. I had no idea that no supermarket in the world has ever hired a qualified person. I will no longer buy food from supermarkets.

Many supermarkets take applications and file them for the future when there are vacancies.
My guess is that you may not have measured up and they haven't had the courtesy to let you know

they obviously didn't interview and hire you but obviously they interview and hire some. Although you may have the qualifications doesn't mean that they were impressed with your resume/application. Try re doing them and resubmitting them again.

i guess I don't understand the question...They do ineterview and hire. Then they are trained to do the job, it's not that hard.
