This guy I went out with constantly glanced at other women while we were on a date .. I have stopped dating him, but, am wondering why would a guy do such a thing? Does this mean he's a player? Can he change?

Looking often doesn't mean much at all except that he wasn't a good date. One can look and not touch, so it does not necessarily mean he was a player. That said, if he was not giving YOU the attention you deserve, then you did the right thing dropping him. Looking at women is no big deal, because it is generally a natural thing. Can you HONESTLY say you NEVER look at other guys? Most women do, but anyone with a brain, man or woman, will be subtle about it on a date. That he did it on your dates and didn't pay attention to you shows that he was not really interested in a mature, committed relationship. Can he change? Sure, but I wouldn't bet on it. Can and will are two separate things. You can do better!

Usually means he is not happy with the one he is with and is searching for something else!
