if "56 57" refers to your height as in 5'6, or 5'7, then if you weigh 100lbs you are probably already underweight. i'm only 5'2 1/2 and i weigh 96 pounds. if you want to get to 70-80 pounds then you'd have a very unhealthy weight. i suggest you just eat normally and not starve yourself or let yourself suffer from bulimia or anorexia. i know evryone is struggling to remain thin and fat-free, but seriously, where's the beauty in skin and bones? you're still growing, please eat as and when you like, and make sure your body has lots of nutrients because it needs it to grow. you don't want to weaken your body by being too thin...you'd be more susceptible to illnesses with your immune system weakened, and that'd cause much mor eproblems in time to come. i really hope you'd ditch the idea of losing weight.

Go see a doctor because if you weigh 100 lbs. and you are 5ft 6 then you are already on the thin side. To weigh 70 or 80 would indicate a person with an eating disorder. best to get your mind straight as you are not seeing the real you.

The first thing you need to do is not listen to the media or your friends as to what the right weight is.

At your age & height, you're at a good weight. If you drop 20-30 pounds then you're going to be too skinny and you could wind up damaging your health.

And finally you're only 11 for crissake! Stop worrying about your weight because it's really not healthy.

Just eat healthy cut out sugar and soft drinks. Excercise if it makes you feel better. Honestly you shouldn't diet or worry about getting to 70-80 lbs. You need to eat well so you'll continue to grow. They say 100 lbs is the ideal for someone who is 60 inches tall so you just need to chill and not eat junk food and you'll be okay.

Like they said do nothing. You are at your right wieght. The only thing now to do is eat right and do calistenics. But no diet or you will be hurting yourself.
