I doubt it, but ultimately, each state has a screening process that checks on personalized tags for appropriateness.
I have a feeling that wouldn't make it through the process. One can always try though.

Not likely. Most States have a set of non-allowable "statements" they do not permit.

In Texas, I saw one that said beoch. Check with DMV. They will know for sure.
