I would leave out this part:

i know your busy.

It sounds like you are admitting fault for something or placing some blame for what I don't know. Don't guilt Nancy into calling you.

I admit I could totally be off base. Keep it simple and hopefully Nancy will call you and there will be a favorable outcome. Good Luck.

Hollyberry has it. But also don't say sorry to bother you. Why would a call from a friend be bothersome? Keep it positive.

sounds perfectly fine to me. how often have you asked her to do something and turns you down. i would say it the same way if it were me and the other person
