Am sure there are a lot people who believe in this mystery as true and not as medical condition or any disease but as a SIGN of forthcoming important events in your life. For different people its different eye left/right.

Which on is bad, and which one is good? Mine twitch occassionally, but I have never heard this before. Interesting.

Eye twitching is a symptom of nervous anxiety or mental stress. Most people undergo nervous anxiety or mental stress when expecting "important: events" in their lives. This is probably the reason for the association of eye twitching and the expectations of important events.

I believe eye twitching is the sign of a nervous 'tic' and as a sign of forthcoming predictions may require treatment. It probably will go away by itself in time.

I don't believe it base on my own observation on my self.

I don't need my eye to twitch for things to go wrong. My life gets screwed up without having any twitch before that.

And then when my eye twitch, nothing worse happens. my day remains as usual

Yeah it has happened with me many times.
Left is bad and right is good. So next time watch out and wait for the good or bad news....

I would think that this is a sign of a more present or even permanent sign of emotional and spiritual instability or conflict within a persons own psyche. "I know you are, but what am I?"

Uh no? That is just silly superstition. You may have some pollen in your eye, or be allergic to something.
