Ok so about 2 months ago I was 5'5 and 110lbs my friend told me that I was too skinny and need to gain weight, so I gained about 5 lbs. Now I'm around 115lbs and another friend of mine told me I look fat and should lose a few pounds. I'm wondering if it is bad for me to keep losing and gaining weight? Oh and please don't tell me not to listen to what my friends say because they are always honest with me and I trust their opinion.

Do NOT listen to them! You need to stay at the weight that is healthy and that makes you comfortable. Losing and gaining a lot of weight would be bad for you but I don't think 5 pounds makes much of a difference.

Yes well I am going to tell you not to listen to your "friends" because they are messing with your head and making you doubt yourself!

A 5 pound gain or loss is not a big deal, not thinking for yourself---A HUGE DEAL!!!! Is it your "friends" body or your own? Are looks more important than health and a good self-esteem?

You trust these people, yet they cut you down--how does that really work?
