Different types of yoga have different approaches, you need to do some online research to figure out which suits you best, but all will pretty much build your muscles (not huge) and integrate breathing into the situation.

Most types of yoga will give you what you are looking for. Hatha yoga is more a gentle, breathing focused type of yoga, where as Vinyasa yoga is bit more active and quicker paced. If you find that the spirituality attached to yoga is not to your liking, you could also try pilates.
good luck!

Honestly, I know that the best workout I've ever gotten has been from dancing in the front of a classroom at the children's church class I teach. Kids can keep you moving, get you motivated to wiggle, and keep the blood pumping.
In today's world, there is a shortage of volunteers for many worthy child-oriented charities and organizations. While everyone in America's at the gym, there are kids home alone or on the streets because no one gets involved in activities to keep them safe. Keeping busy and physically active is easy with these activities. There's always something to do.
If we get physically busy, we are more likely to get in shape for life. If we start an exercise routine, it'll be an on-again, off-again thing. Think it over. I know it doesn't match the question with exactitude, but I think it's a valid option.

Ashtanga or power yoga-great for building muscles. Hatha and a few others good for both. There is gentle yoga, yoga for pregnant mommies, yoga for kids, etc...I predominantly practice Hatha, but I like Ashtanga if I want a good hard workout. There are others I've tried, but alas, I can't recall their names.
