scramble eggs and add some cooked sausage or ham, green or red peppers and cheese. top it with salsa.
but if you don't want that my all-time favorite is leftover cold pizza for breakfast.

Have a half fry egg with a bowl of cereal in cold milk with a side of small cup of orange juice and some fruit like grapefruit or grapes or kiwi. That should keep you full for some time. If not add some pancakes to that.

Spray a dinner plate with Pam. In small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup pancake mix, 1 teaspoon real bacon bits and 1/3 cup milk (add more as needed).
Pour it into the plate & microwave it about 4 minutes and put butter & syrup on it.
Hope this works for you.

How about a piece of whole grain bread(The fiber will help keep you full) spread with either Almond butter and/or a natural peanut butter. On top of that I sprinkle a little wheat germ and drizzle honey on top. I eat this and drink a glass of milk and I am not hungry. P.S: I am the type of person who constantly thinks of food but this really satisfies me.

Starving people should eat protein-packed eggs for breakfast! Fry them to make an egg sandwich or make some egg hash with potatoes and peppers.

Have some fruit and yogurt. Maybe add a piece of toast and wash it down with a small glass of OJ.

well is 1145 east coast. try a freah sclice of ham. "slightly" (almost beyond a warmth) fry both side on a pan (in light butter if you like but don't have to.) take two slices of bread put the ham in and a slice of american cheese. toast the sandwich in the pan using a spatula to press it down. flip it to the other side, press it down. when both side are lithy toasted...done. eat it with a glass of milk.. is F&%*ng good. email me when ur done to thank me.

What about eggs? They're quick and easy to make. How 'bout some scrambled eggs on toast? And some fruit and/or juice?

Well, you can have something nutritious, like oatmeal, with some toast and some juice. (If you eat meat, you can add some sausage or some eggs to that meal.)
