Don't know their recipe, but here's mine for succotash

Ingredients
2 bacon slices, cut crosswise into ¼”-wide strips
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cups fresh corn kernels (3-4 ears)
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen baby lima beans, thawed
½ cup diced green bell pepper
1 bunch scallions, cut crosswise into ¼” pieces, keep white/pale green parts separate from greens
¾ cup heavy cream
¼ cup water
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper

Directions
Cook bacon in a 10” heavy skillet over moderate heat, stirring frequently, until crisp, about 5 minutes. Transfer bacon to paper towels to drain. Add butter to fat in skillet and melt over moderate heat. Add corn, lima beans, bell pepper and white/pale green parts of scallions – cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add cream, water, salt and pepper, then simmer, partially covered, until vegetables are tender, 10-15 minutes. Stir in bacon, scallion greens – add salt and pepper, to taste.
