the best way to lose wieght without dieting is to increase your excersise. do more cardio, but to get best results, you have to diet.
try this, do not drink any carbonated drinks like soda, beer, energy drinks, etc. Eat more protein and fruits and vegetables. Do not eat fast food.
You can lose weight if you do that......

technically a "diet" is nothing more than a regular manner of eating. you can have a healthy diet that consists of mainly whole foods or a bad diet that consists of mainly processed foods that are man-made or anything in between the two.
the diet that you follow ultimately determines the size and body composition. exercise only provides the stimulus to the muscle and to the central nervous system. the old saying that "you are what you eat" is 100% accurate.
