How would I go about trying to get a job in the FBI,CIA,DEA or Secret Service I am former Milatary with a Hon discharge where do I have to go and what are the requirements and how much money do those guys make?

Go to cia.gov and submit your resume. If they have not contacted you within 45 days, they are not interested. They make about 60 grand a year, and the requirements are about the same as the military. If you had a clearance while you where in that will help.

Go to college, get a degree.

Then go to the appropiate government webpage for the agency you want to work at, click on the careers link and follow the directions to apply.

The webpage career links will tell you the requirements and starting pay.

But your gonna need a degree.

Get on their websites. You should have done this as you were processing out. It would have been a direct transfer.
