i deleted my junk mail folder, and now i think that some important messages were in there - how can i get them back? i have a mac and use the mac mail program.

you can't if you deleted it all in one go.... you could try your trash bin see if it's there...

regrettably, i do no longer think of you could. It would not flow into your trash folder like different emails you delete. Bulk mail is in certainty trash. Worse case state of affairs, you ignored some e mail. sooner or later, in case you get any substantial emails on your bulk folder, determine to function that e mail tackle on your contacts. Then the emails would be sent on your inbox, instead of bulk. Sorry and stable success.
