I make cold, marinated vegetable salads all the time. In this case, it would be better to use the tomatoes and feta as garnishes on the side - as the tomato can water the dressing down. Then just crumble a little feta on top.

Also good would be chick peas, while canellini beans, things like that. Just think of a three-bean salad with many variations.

Make sure you drain and rinse well any canned beans you use.

It sounds good but i would not use an olive oil dressing all by itself. Let Mayo be the main ingredient and add a small amount of olive oil to that with any other flavors. Garlic and parsley are great with that combination and also mix a bit of parmesan cheese in the dressing before you blend it with the ingredients.

I'm not a big fan of the tuna, but if you like all those things I'm sure it will be good.........it kinda does sound good. Now I want a salad.

Sounds great, although it depends on how much of everything, of course. I'm sure you know that you have to be careful the kidney beans are well cooked, though - raw kidney beans are poisonous, even if soaked.

yes it sound delicious but dont put too much celery in it and the dressing sounds good too just add some herbs to the dressing...

salads are so exciting! you throw in in spite of you like this is the forged situation! i like to apply sparkling spinach leaves, baked fowl chunks, manhattan sharp cheddar cheese grated, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, green peppers,croutons, ranch dressing and much extra! in basic terms throw in in spite of you like!

i should image it will be ok, i would add a bit of fresh chilli or some chilli flakes nad maybe some corriander to make it that bit tastier
