and said it will take 2 hrs 4 him 2 put my braces on tommorrow. what can i do for 2 hrs? shuld i ignore him if he talks the whole time?

Bring a MP3 Player, CD Player Or iPod To Listen To But Most Of The Time Orthodontist Does Speak, He's Just Doing His Job To Put Braces On But Be Polite And Remember How Pretty Your Teeth Will Be After You Get Them Off! Good Luck!

Well, he is not going to want to carry on a conversation with you during the application of your braces, as you will be unable to speak.
You could day dream, you could take your MP3 player, or you could just sit there and be bored. 2 hours is not a long period of time compared to an entire lifetime of straighter teeth.
