DON'T USE A LINE. Girls hate lines. All lines. Even nice complimentary ones. As soon as a girl thinks you're using a line, she's out of there.
I'd say walk up next to her, act like you're trying to get a beer, if there's a guy bartender be like, "Man, maybe you can get him to serve me a beer?" If she orders for you, ask if she'd like something. Another thing that I've done (but I'm a girl so I dunno if it'd work for a guy) is went up to a guy or even a group of guys and been like, "I'd really like to take a shot but my friend is driving and won't take one with me. Will you take one so I'm not taking a shot by myself??" Maybe it's free booze, maybe it's the un-threatening and non-over-flatteringness, but it always works better than "Hey, let's make out?" or "So. Did it hurt when you feel from heaven?"
