Because they love to abuse that word in as many ways as they can. Why settle for lower-case letters when an upper case will make their version seem more valid?

When we capitalize the word Truth, it is because we are talking about God's Word. The capitalization gives proper respect - just like when we capitalize God, Jesus, Bible, and He Him & His when talking about God.

Because it becomes a proper noun in the Christian language referring to the Truth as taught by the Bible.

They might be doing it because Jesus claimed that He is the truth.
Who else talks like that?
The Christians talk like that because our leader claims to be it. And all we are doing is telling people about it, they don't have to believe it if they do not want to.
But I just answered your question, you still don't have to believe it.
