hey does it matter if we brush our teeth with cold or hot water.
i mean is there a difference or is one of the either healthier???

It's a personal preference, I use cold water.
The main thing is to brush.

It really makes no difference at all. Some people use a warmer water because their teeth are sensitive to the cold. The warm water also softens the bristles of the brush a bit and makes them a bit gentler. You should be using a soft toothbrush anyway, so that shouldn't be an issue...

If it is winter and the temperature of water is less than 10 degrees celsius it is better to rinse the teeth with lukewarm water. Otherwise, ordinary water is good. Cold and hot water should be both avoided for washing the mouth or rinsing the teeth.

I like warm water, but it depends on your sensetivity, I don't like cold water when i brush, usually hot water kills the germs and bacteria. But i think it is just a preference.

hot water it will pain Ur mouth,better use lukewarm water,actually is no difference if u want healthy better u using antiseptic mouthwash before u brush ur teeth.
