Fundamental meaning of life for us presently? Serve God & keep his commandments.
What he has 'commanded you to do, may be different than what he has commanded me to do in this life!

This question cannot be answered in words!
You have to live life in order to understand the meaning. Only when you live does it give meaning to your existence...only then will you correlate with the small things you did or did not...life becomes meaningful only when you live and respect it.
Every living thing and every object that exists has a meaning and a reason. What yours is...only you know!
