I need a 36 inch exterior door with upper half glass and pet door in lower half.

I had the worst time trying to find a door with a pet door installed. I went to Lows and Home Depot but they were way to expensive. They have very little selections and usually dont have windows. So, i went to a door place and baught a standard blank door. I had to purchase the pet door seperately. They charged me to cut the hole for the pet door and instaled that and then had them put a window in above. After all this the door and pet door cost me only 200.00. Good luck.

I have not seen a door that comes with the pet door installed. This is usually a seperate option. Buy the pet door and install it in the present door or have it installed.

If you can't DIY, hire a carpenter OR handy man. Cheaper than a new door.
Theyr're pretty simple to install, after cutting the proper size opening.

You would have to get somone to install the pet door, becauce no one sells it all ready install
