I'm a 21 and I want to go live in America to either work or study.

...I know.

I've looked at everything and it seems almost impossible. I have a girlfriend in Miami who I've been to see many times (just got back from a 6 week holiday over there).

The only thing I can think of is if my brother registers his company in the states and then I go as an employee or representative of that company. But I'm not sure if this would work or even let me gain a permanent place over there in the end.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

you can apply for a degree course in america. after you finished your course you can apply for OPT, after that hopefully you can find a sponsor who will apply the H1B work visa for you. This is a hard process and if you're not in the IT/computing field, it's almost impossible to get a H1B visa. But keep trying, I'm sure effort will paid off!

Yes you can also ask your brother to invest in America, for this you need to talk to him.

You can become an American citizen if you marry your gf. to be honest this is the most straightforward way to become an american citizen.

Fly to Mexico and just walk in...apply for a student visa, it's probably the easiest way to go....check with the state department for details...

Marry your girlfriend and then have her petition you to immigrate to the US.
