I'm by myself, and don't need to buy anything, so I just walk around and don't have anything to pretend to be doing.

Go in stores that girls your age usually shop in. That's where most of the girls will be. You can go in there and pretend to shop for yourself.
You could also hang out in the food court. Lots of girls are there. Just get a snack like a cookie or a smoothie and eat/drink it slow. That way you won't look creepy sitting there eating nothing.

Big long coat, dark glasses, white stick, pretend to be blind, that way you can stand where you like for as long as you like and get some trouser action at the same time.
Dont forget to cut the lining out of the coat pockets though

sorry, not a good idea. you'll appear to girls, to be, "weird" or stalking, don't do it my friend. go joina club of some sort where you can meet girls in a respectable way, if you think you have some sort of problem talk to your minister or local priest. and get help .
