Christ this hurts! When I woke up this morning, I lifted up my right arm to scratch the back of my head and all of the sudden I got really bad sharp pain on the upper-right side of my back, right side of my neck and mid-section of my arm. I play drums every day (I'm a hard hitter, too), I use my computer a lot and I don't have the greatest posture (thats most likely linked to this problem). Right now I'm icing it and I have my head tipped to my left (if I move my head up straight or look to the right it make it hurt really badly). It feels like I have a really bad cramp, it feels like its burning.

I'm only 14 years old and I've never had a problem like this before.

What the hell did I do?

More than likely this is a bad cramp. You might do better to place a moist heating pad on the area for twenty minutes, wait ten minutes then apply an ice pack. This is going to help relax the muscles and numb the pain.

If it's possible for you to see a doctor of chiropractic medicine that would be the best treatment for you. The doctor would be able to eliminate the cramp or spasm very quickly. I've enclosed a link where you can find a chiropractor in your area.

Advil liquid capsules works very quickly on pain. Take two capsules four times daily.

sounds like you have an issue with your ulnar nerve. Does it feel like you hit your funny bone on your elbow ?pins and needles kind of pain ? you should take an anti -inflammatory like ibuprofen and try to move that arm as little as possible. If it doesn't go away after a few days see your Dr they might want to do some tests to figure out where your nerve is pinched, it could be a disc issue in your neck.stay away from heat it will cause the nerve to swell and get more inflamed.use ice

Get a tread mill test (TMT) done under a very competent & "appropriate" specialist. This will rule out (eliminate), some very crucial doubts. I assume, you know what is meant by "appropriate," when a TMT is recommended. Anyway, the medicos, you consult, will guide you, correctly. Do NOT neglect, or take casually. Do remember to mention, ALL the symptoms to the SPECIALIST. Best of luck!

You could be stressed. Or maybe gas pains. My brother had that problem, Maybe you should see a doc or maybe lay off the video games. Hope this helps!
