You can get sugar free candy at just about any supermarket or drug store. You still have to reak the labels though. Most companies will add sugar alcohol and a lot of carbohydrates to their "sugar free" candy, which will raise blood sugar. I have found that candy made with Splenda has the least impact on my blood sugar.
