Yes.
I'd pack them in my check luggage tho to be safe.

Yes, walkie talkies can be brought on the ship and used. However, there are limits. For example, unless you have a water proof walkie talkie, you cannot take it swimming with you. Also, no one wants to hear you talking on a walkie talkie when they are watching the entertainment.
Also, consider that the ships are made out of steel, so the signal may not make it through too many decks. Also, others will also have walkie talkies and thus you are going to be on a party line.

Don't count on your cell phone working while out at sea. Ive seen more and more people bring walkie-talkies on cruises in order to keep in touch with their family members while on board a large ship.

they allow walkie talkies on board, BUT my experience one time was that the reception was horrible, there was alot of interference with the channels of the walkie talkie., but on the other hand the first time i used them on a cruise i had a great time.. it was great to keep track of other members of our family. have a great time

Walkie-talkies are excellent on cruise ships for keeping families in contact with each other. You can be on one part of the ship and remain in contact with your children.
Of course, use common courtesy and do not use them in the dining room - just like you would not use a cell phone in a restaurant.

Yes, you can use them while on-board ship.
Be sure to take along a power strip. Most of the staterooms only have one power outlet.
We use the 2-way radios to keep up with our teens while we are cruising. They can enjoy themselves and the parents can have piece of mind. Plus, no missed check-ins.

I would think it would be ok but if you'd like to know for sure, call and check with the company you're using for the cruise.

Yes, it's allowed. In fact, it's a great way to stay connected with your family member, as cruiseships are so large, it's sometimes hard to find them.
