Luck is what you make of it. Buddhist teachings allow you to change the context of your mind into pure happiness. With these teachings, it will seem that everything is "good luck". There are many superstitions in China about rubbing the heavier Buddha's belly, but that isn't THE Buddha, that is a monk called Meitraya Buddha actually a Bodhisattva. Basically, luck is what you make of it, but Buddha does help you along the way to make your own happiness,
In other words...
Yes, Buddha can bring you luck!!!

Buddha says life is suffering. People say but I have a good heart I shouldn't suffer (weather or not it's true). But you must suffer anyway if that's your path because that's what bring enlightenment.
"The kind of seed sown
will produce that kind of fruit.
Those who do good will reap good results.
Those who do evil will reap evil results.
If you carefully plant a good seed,
You will joyfully gather good fruit."
Dhammapada
So there is no Luck only what you sow and reap.
