Both can . . .
make you feel queasy.
give you hot & cold fever.
make it hard to think about anything else.
be mostly prevented by being careful.
be brought on by not being careful!
progress through a beginning, a middle, and an end (which may be death, as in a married couple who lives out their lives together, or in being cured, as in a marriage that ends in divorce).

Love is like a disease because it captures u can make u sick to the stomach with so many emotions that can be unexplainable.
It makes u feel weak and giddy can have u feeling on top of the world and then knock u straight back down.
It can make u cry smile and you never want it to go away its a good disease but can sometimes be bad.
Its addictive and very powerful can make u think and want to do things that maybe u wldnt of done before.
It pushes u to ur limits and gives u strength hope and feeling.
It makes u into the person you wanna become and pushes you over ur boundries.
Love has no boundries and nor do you when u feel it

Some people get a high from being in love almost to the point they are addicted to the person. Being addicted to anything is said to be a disease. It can be a good thing and make us a better person. On the other hand it can make us quite depressed and sad.

i suppose it can involve disease-like issues if a person is obsessed with someone else... which really isn't "love" but i think you get the point.

sometimes people who are "in love" tolerate any sort of treatment, just to keep the person, when they ought to be taking care of themselves... hence, people remain in toxic and unhealthy relationships because they don't want to lose the person.

some people who are abused by their partners won't leave either... they feel the person will change and believe the repeated promises they hear -- "I'm sorry i will never do that again, i will change!" -- when the truth is, the person will never change at all.

sometimes a dysfunctional lifestyle is all a person knows, and it actually becomes a "safe place" for them because it's so familiar.

take care

Well Love is not like just a desease... its like a uncurable infection. ie.. Sars. While its there you try your best to prevent yourself take precautions but it keeps growing bigger and bigger.. and after you get it.. there is no cure. Only on Gods grace you shall heal.

Same with love.. you see that person and you sometimes prevent yourself from falling in love. Then ofcourse you fall in love and it grows. You cant prevent it. Even if the person doesnt like you love just grows like that. The more you are trying to stay away the more you want to feel closer to that person. The more you are hurting. Even on a break-up... the more you dont wanna think of that person the more than are hurting you and cant let go. Only after sometime God forgive you and shows you another brighter day!

Spiritually speaking love is the most powerful of all and conquers all things. With that being said, disease spreads so does love. It's a karma issue. What you send out to the universe comes back in a circle. Why not send love? You'll get it in return!!

HUH? Who told you this? Is this the actual assignment? This is exactly why I quit teaching. Your teacher probably got dumped and is disgruntled! Love is not a 'disease', it's an expression of selfishness. When you tell someone 'I love you', you're saying 'You make my life better'. Tell your teacher to get over it. Please show them this answer. They need some sense knocked into them.

Because some people lose the use of their brains and common sense. But since you're suppose to be doing this for school, why don't you come up with some of your own ideas to prove you're really getting an education and can think on your own. Now get off the computer and use your noodle to come up with something original...in your own words, please!!!
