why does she end up saying....i dont know why i fell in love?i dont love you,but when you call her for a another meeting she shows up yet she should decline?

Sounds like she is trying to get you to drop her. Not sure if its a maturity issue or if she needs some medical help. If you try to communicate with her and all you receive is her bowing up at you then you may need to move on. Let things settle. See what she wants from the relationship.
If you are to the point of going crazy then you need to politely back away and get your things together. Ask her if she wants to see you again and if so let her decide when.

They do that when they aren't getting their way. They are trying to "solve" the conflict in this type of situation by attempting to convert the other into their way of thinking or doing something, not by reaching some middle ground or understanding of the other person's viewpoint. They continually seek any opportunity to do this, so they take any opportunity to be around that person in order to do so.

because she doesn't know what she wants? because she hasn't a clue how to communicate? because she doesn't know what she feels?
maybe she doesn't have much self esteem.
she "should" decline? well, if you don't want to meet with her, don't ask for a meeting.
