No. But you can take your car to France by Eurotunnel.

The Eurostar is a high-speed passenger train which runs from London Waterloo via Ashford to Paris, Lille or Brussels.

There is a car-shuttle service operated by Eurotunnel which takes cars and their passengers (inside the cars) through the channel tunnel in specially-designed trains. It runs between a terminal near Folkestone, England and Coquelles, France (between Calais and Bolougne, and slightly inland).

Euro star is for foot passengers only.You can take your car on the shuttle vehicle train.

taking it to the tunnel then boarding the train is easy and no hassle at all.both ends.

You can go to Calais from Dover...but not from the International terminal at Waterloo...although I think it has changed now to another station.
