Check the last one of the rar files. If you open it, it may have the information to reconstruct the video from all the other rar files. When a video is split into multiple files, the rar programs does not know how many files or how to reconstruct them until it reaches the end of the job. So that information is normally stored in the last rar file.

To compile all of the .rar files back into 1 file:
>>double click on the first .rar which will open the Winrar dialouge box.
>Single click on the extract to icon which will open the Extraction path and options box.
>Click the OK button to use the default extraction location (which will be a new folder created inside of the folder containing the .rar files).
After the extraction is complete close Winrar.
Open the folder that Winrar created and you will see the extracted video file.

If it is an ISO image you can burn it to a disk.
If it is a .AVI or other video format you can play it on your computer.
Good Luck

Is the video copyrighted? If not, then open up the first rar file and WinRAR will automatically combine all the archives. Then you just select the video file and click extract.
