The most likely thing would be some form of depression.

Talk to a medical doctor.

don't ask anyone to diagnose you on here as it takes far more then just a few lines to tell someone what is wrong with them and you can also look at the fact that most people have some kind of mental health issue at some point in there lives. Also if you are female it could just be your monthly cycle playing up. If you are really that concerned about your mental well-being the best thing you can do is go and see a doctor about it. take care good luck

could be a mood effective disorder such as bipolar disorder (manic depression) or unipolar.

you could just be having a hard time and need more rest or even therapy if you have some issues you need to deal with e.g. childhood experiences, somethin bad happpened once and you didnt cope with it so well.

perhaps you have anxiety problems and cope by rejecting people and that could be why you feel irratable and figety.

concentration and figeting also irratablitity could be symtoms of ADHD or ADD (look up on google) but even if you display symtoms it doesnt neccasarly mean u have a disorder, maybe you just get irratable when around new people or bored, maybe you cant concentrate because lack of sleep etc etc.

if you feel you have a problem with yourself you should go to your doctors and tell them everything (best thing to write it ALL down and show the doctor)
good luck

I am not a doctor so I can't diagnose you, but what I will say is that you should get a referral to see a Psychiatrist. I've been told that bad moods are a symptom of untreated depression. Anyway, the Psychiatrist will evaluate you to see what type of treatment you need, ie. meds and/or therapy. Meds really helped to stableize my mood and in the year and half I've been on them, I can count on one hand the number of times I've been in a bad mood and I used to be be constant bad mood. Hope this helps.

You quite possibly have some kind of Depression like Manic Depressive Disorder (MDD) or maybe the Attention Defisite Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD).. people with that dont concentrate and they get depressed a lot and mad at themselves and give up. They can be unruly and rude too. Go to a mental health doc. and ask them to test u for these two things.. thats what they sound like the most..
good luck =)

There are many, many different diagnoses that could explain these behaviors. A proper diagnosis can only be made by a mental health professional after carefully interviewing you and obtaining a full personal and family history.

It sounds like you find these behaviors and feelings bothersome, so I urge you to consult a mental health professional to undergo a diagnostic interview and explore treatment options.

I think you give examples of several different problems, but not enough information to completely an specifically say its one total thing. Try calling your local mental health place and ask for a consultation on a sliding scale/fee basis if you're that concerned.

The only person you should ask for a diagnosis is your personal doctor.

Most people do not remember everything they think about.

When you are not moody what are you thinking about and how do you feel and how do you behave?

Imagine how that feels.

When you are moody try imagining that you are not moody.
