this lion cub was for the most part acting like a puppy. I was a little startlted that there was a lion cub in the house. What do you all think this dream means?

Lion cub can mean that you are nursing or taking care of something in your life that is at it's infant stage, but at it grows and gets bigger it can be potentially dangerous and deadly. It does not have to be an animal, but it can be a habit or hobby and on and on.

According to Dreamcrowd:

Carl Jung said that all wild animals indicate latent affects (feelings and emotions that we do not readily deal with). They are also symbolic of dangers (hurtful and negative things) being "swallowed" by the unconscious. The lion is a symbol of social distinction and leadership. The interpretation depends on the circumstances and the interactions with the lion. See also: Animals, Cat.

It`s obvious , isn`t it ? You will be visiting the Zoo in the next couple of days . You`re going to climb the chain link fence to get a better look at the lions . You will lose your balance at the top .............. and fall into the lions` enclosure , and land right next to a cut little lion cub .

You look up , and the mother lion is snarling and sharpening her claws ......................................

I don`t have the heart to go on .........

have you checked various dream symbol dictionaries online, yet?

anyhow, let me take a stab

although the exact meaning might depend on your feelings during the dream, i think the cub symbolizes your need to be act more responsible in life, and to confront challenges... the prize will be worth it
