No, but I can't wait to get back to Berkeley. It seems I came to Oklahoma just in time for the nasty heat. My sister kept telling me how cool it's been this summer, then the week I get here it turns 100 degrees.

Summer ended here for us today~ The kids all went back to school in this heat... Okay I am well aware that summer isn't officially over, especially because the high today will be 103!!
At least the kids have something to do all day now. It's been too hot to play outside lately.Everyone keeps getting heat exhaustion and we have had poor air advisories for weeks. Even when you go to the pool in the evening , once the temp cools outside, the pool is still as hot as a bath.
So, YES, Fall sounds pretty good about now.

Yes. Sometimes I have a belly full of the heat. What cracks me up is the people that move out west from the east and say they will be okay with the heat because it's a dry heat. Yeah, stick your head in an oven, that's pretty dry. Then they tell me that there's air conditioning every where. Okay. Let's never go outside again!

I live in the CA, bay area, so this summer hasn't been toooo bad... but I am really looking forward to the winter. Not only do I love colder weather, drinking hot tea and layering, I miss the rain! I think it's getting hotter and hotter every year... and we seem to be getting less and less rain. It doesn't turn green until November and it turns yellow as early as April sometimes. At least in this part of the country. Everyone else in CA doesn't seem to mind the temperature... but that's because Californians are insane. All of them. :P

The grass is always greener on the other side.

In India where its really hot in summer I was wishing it would finally cool down.

Now that I'm in Berlin I'm waiting for the sun to shine.....I've still not had a single summer day in Berlin.

No, no , no. Summer's only just begun here, we've had two weeks of nice weather after two months of record breaking rains and floods. Everyone could do with some sun and the country (UK) needs drying out. E-mail your hot weather over here and I'll send you some moderate weather in return.

No, I like the temperature now. It's around 10 degrees Celcius at night 20 during the day. Very nice, indeed! Course, it all depends on where you live.

If your talking about the summer in the UK, then I think most people love it because sunshine makes you feel happy. However the fact that this temperature rise is due to global warming is quite worrying because it is going to mess up our environment.
