I do a SuperWalMart run every two weeks since I can stock up not only on groceries but all household items from vac bags to t-shirts and every thing in between. I usually spend right at or below $200. We have 2 kids left at home so there is only 4 of us. When all 6 were here, we spent probably about another 100.
I usually end up running to a grocery store at least 2 times in between WalMart visits and spend about 50 each time.

I go grocery shopping about 5 times a week. I never know what we're having for dinner until inspiration strikes the night before. But it's only 2 of us, so that's OK. We average about $300 a month, and that's just food products, not cleaners or paper towels.

With the four of us right now and we go on base for the big stuff. Base around 250 two/three wks apart and we still go out in town for the more perishable and quick used stuff (milk eggs) once a week around 50

Usually for the week - however if meat is on special, then I freeze for future meals. For three of us in family, about $50/wk.
