toss ping pong balls from the roof with different discount amounts and / or free prize markers on them

have relay races for prizes (like the ones they do for brides to win cake or catering that sort of thing)

depending on what anniversary... do a sale of first year pricing for x amt of hrs to generate a bunch of sales

balloons, face painting, hot dogs, popcorn, drinks

kids coloring contest for lil dinky prizes

guess how many in the jar for prizes, fill jar with ping pong balls, golf balls, or what ever you want...

guess the total price of this outfit for prizes- dress up a mannequin or display an outfit and have ppl guess the price of it

and i'm tapped on ideas lol

Pop-a-Balloon - fold little pieces of paper with a prize inside the ballon and a charge a $1 a balloon. At the end of the day the money collected can be given away.

Rubber ducks in a pool with the prize underneath, you can draw every hour.

Ping Pong balls marked with color dots from a small plane over the parking lot.
