You should always bathe after work, regardless of the time. As for affecting your eyes, this will only be a problem if you play with yourself in the bath, not only will you go blind, it makes you deaf as well LOL

Maybe just a hot bath will be okay for hygiene. Lack of sleep lessen our resistance and weaken our immune system thus taking a bath, most especially in cold water may make our body susceptible to sickness, but not necessarily blindness.

It's okay to take a bath anytime you want to clean up. Nothing you mention has anything to do with your eyesight. Take your bath and go to bed.
