First, if it isn't you...what is your interest? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and pictures can be deceiving but I would say if a body fat analysis was done on her, she would come out a little "overweight". The healthiest way to judge what we "should" look like is how we feel, how much energy we have and what percentage of or body mass is made up of fat. Obviously if we have a high BMI then it isn't healthy. A normal range for a woman is anywhere from 19-25. You can buy a small digital monitor at Walmart for about $16. Ask at the pharmacy dept. Do the analysis and be your own judge. Add some water, fruits, veggies and lean protein along with a little low fat dairy and 8-10 glasses of water and your body will stay healthy....try to sneak in 30-45 minute workouts at least 3-5 days a week too...it helps the mind and body. MOST IMPORTANT, be happy with yourself! As for the girl in the pic, she doesn't look bad I would want to thin out the lower extremities for sure. Good luck!!!

She's not fat, but she's not slim either.
I'd would say however she's carrying a little bit extra around the hips which isn't necessarily bad. If she's comfortable with it, then there's no real issue.

you're no longer fat. I, even, have a distorted physique image (b/c i became a gymnast for 13 years, no longer b/c I had an eating affliction) and that i think of you look effective. perhaps artwork out somewhat to alter right into a sprint extra toned, yet you're abdomen is appealing as wierd as that sounds.

No not fat. She has a pear shaped body like me. Some of us carry our weight in the hip, thighs, and butt. She is healthy and just fine.
