cud be a stroke remember the FAST thing it means Face Arm Speech Test,next time u are feeling it test this.
Facial weakness - can the person smile? Has their mouth or eye drooped?
Arm weakness - can the person raise both arms?
Speech problems - can the person speak clearly and understand what you say?
Test all three symptoms

See a doctor immediately!
You could be having a stroke or other facial paralysis. (Bells Palsy)...
These are notably on one side of your face.

It could be a sinus problem. It happens to me weekly. It could also be more serious so go to the doctor.
