If you go to the 'Witches Shop' at Newchurch in Pendle you will be able to buy this book and quite a few others on Pendle Hill.
It's on the left as you drive up the hill through the village towards Pendle Hill.
If you find the phone number and call Maureen she might even post it to you...

I have this particular DVD in my possession. It consists of two discs, and contains some of the moszt frightening material I have ever seen on Most Haunted!!
