First you must believe in the person. Why would he answer a prayer of someone that does not believe and there question be close ended. Second If and you do choose to believe in that minute of your life then you must pray to him (talk to him) asking if he is real. Then: You will get an astounding answer of warmth a conviction that he does answer prayers and that he does exist. But if you choose to get your "answer" from someone else. You will never find the right "answer". Example: Going to the Ford Dealership to ask about how good Dodge is will not get you your answer. Going to talk to a pastor asking him if another church is true likewise will not get you the answer. But believing in a supreme being and then asking him yourself and getting proof is the "correct answer" and the right way to do it. If you do not believe at all nor wish to believe then why inquire at all? And if you recieve proof (miracle) the answer to your question from this is that not enough proof in itself of what i have just said? I once had a similar question poised to me about some vast immense idea that of course my human mind could not obviously give the answer to. And it might be the answer here. So ill share it. The guy asked a valid question but was such a deep question that no one really could honestly answer it. To wich my reply was "That is an "infinite" question to a "finite" mind." It is a question that is not partial or essential to our salvation i said. But here it would be because you are asking about god. And yes if you take that challenge and open mindedly wait for an answer, you will get one.

In a sense, of course. But then there's, "The spirit of truth will lead you into all truth, even the deep things of God." So we can get some sense of it. The key, so ignored, is the spirit and how to get it. Religion is summed up in the phrase, "The letter kills, the spirit brings life." Religion is a killer without the guidance of the spirit to tell us the application, which, in an awesome universe, is a beyond our understanding without a help.

Yes, beyond what I can comprehend, and yet I believe it, I am a Child of God.

What is harder for me to understand is that people can look around this world and not comprehend that the Lord created this beautiful world!
