that people take black and white pictures with regular digital cameras and say its art and its photography and when they have no experience in photography..
that really annoys me

Sometimes. But look at it this way:
Technology is getting more and more accessible and the means of putting out ones expressions easier. I think that's good. If someone has the eye and not the training to take pictures thinking about f stops and shutter speeds etc but still takes shots the way he wants to cause the aim and shoot digital camera allows him to, well,, good for him / her. With interest and training they will only improve. Don't grudge them that.
However no amount of training and technique will make good artists or designers of folks who don't have the eye or appreciation. It's great that it doesn't cost so much anymore to be able to take pictures, create music, make films etc. Now the ability to express need not be the privilege of the few who can afford it. Whatever annoys you, ignore. I know that black and white is an excuse for a lot of people to pass of mediocre work. But look carefully and you might find some pictures and things you like. Enjoy those. Fads pass and that's what will happen when these black and white art imposters will become passe. Meanwhile hone your own craft with truth, love and sincerity.

I guess I really do not understand your question.
Why would the way someone takes a picture annoy you, digital or not, unless they were trying to pass their photograph off as something that it is not. Either way, to get a more intelligent answer, we would know more information to you. Photography is something different to everyone as it is. .

What really annoys me is all the people who come here to ask how to turn a very ordinary shot into what they think is fine art. "How do you like take a regular black and white photo and like turn it into fine art by making just like one thing in color, like some lips or eyes or like an apple or something, you know?"

I know more than a normal person about photography coz i took some basic classes but what some one does with their camera is non of my business.black and white pix look artistic though!

it dont bother me,
theres two types of black and white
1. fine art
2. what the rest of us shot
i cant do fine art but i can see the diffrence thats all that matters to me, at the end of the day its how you view it, that matters not what people say
