I just want to remind you that for the next event, anything related to press or involving press such as press conference, please coordinate with me as CTO, Ms. Annie as public communication specialist and Mrs. Linda as team leader. Please send the documents related to the event (press release, etc) at least one week before the event so that we still have time to review and give clearance over the document.

I just want to remind you that for the next event anything involving the press or related to the press, such as a press conference, needs to be coordinate with me (the CTO), Ms. Annie (the public communication specialist) and Mrs. Linda (the team leader). Please send any documents related to the event (press release, etc) at least one week before the event so that we still have time to review the document and give clearance for the event.

You want to say "the press" as it a pural meaning.
Using "as" is descriptive and not functional (You are the CTO, Ms. Annie is the PCS and Mrs. Linda is the team leader)

Now, I would personally put your name instead of me because it has a more professional sound to it. I would also capitalize each persons title as well as the other minor words changes that I made. The changes I have suggested are for a more formal internal memo. Your statement would work perfectly fine for an informal work setting.

May I remind you to coordinate everything relating to the next press conference with (CTO, your name); Public Communication Specialist, Ms Annie; and Team Leader, Mrs Linda. Send all related documents, eg, unofficial press releases, etc., to (who gets the documents?) at least one week prior to the event for approval.

Does each person coordinate with all three of you?
Is documentation before or after coordination?
Who approves what the public sees?
How do the three of you coordinate your activities?
Could just one of you be the central coordinator?

Please review the following rules for event coordination:
All event related press (such as conferences) need to be coordinated with the CTO, Ms. Annie-Public communication specialist and Mrs. Linda-Team leader. Please be sure to send event documents at least one week in advance of scheduled event date so as to allow time for review and clearance.
Your mindful consideration to this matter is appreciated.

In the first line, after "event,", add "for" or "with respect to." In the second line, after "such as," add "a." And in the next to the last line, I believe you want "will" rather than "still" at the end. Over all, very well done, especially if English is your second language, which I suspect.

I'm pretty sure it's all good, maybe just try to minimize the amount of times you say press.
