Yes, if you are visiting temples...only thing is that all the evil spirit will be watching you and trying any source to get inside you. Ok...if you are going to temple in God's plan I mean to tell gospel to someone there or any God's purpose, He will guard you. If you yourself, putting you into trouble means, God will not be there to protect you.
It will cause you much harm. Unless asking God a true christian will never go to Satan's territory

Quite a few hindus visit churches in India, to worship even. Catherdrals and churches all over the world are visited by all tourists (a lot of hindus) for the architecture and sculpture of the period.
Quite a few hindus visit hindu temples for other than worship.
Why this bigotry from a very tolerant religion?
Banish the thought!

some of the Christan's visiting Hindu temples to see the architecture. some are visiting to see Hindu gods and study our culture. some are visiting to adopt certain things in their culture, because Hinduism is surviving since several thousands of years along with democracy, without any restrictions put on the Hindus like signing in register on visiting temple etc. some are visiting to kill time and such people make nasty things inside the temple. in spite of nasty doing things Hindu gods are excusing them, I need not have to write more on this.

Friend,
I am a Hindu and a Brahmin.
I got a diploma in Bible course from Evangelical Society ,Mussori .about 40 years back.
I visited several Churches and Durgahs, mosques. There is nothing wrong in knowing about other religions and their preachings. All roads lead to the Ultimate only,
In Hindu temple too there is much to learn if one is interested to know the facts,Right from the construction , the architecture, the different idols there.the Dwaja Stambham, The sanctum Sanctorum, the way pooja is done etc if you observe unbiasedly you will get so many new points.
the great western scholar E. Vernor Arnold wrote like this'' Rigveda is in fact, historical richer than poetical. As in its original language we see the roots and shoots of the languages of Greek and Latin,of Kelt,Teutonand Solvomian,so the deities ,the myths and religious beliefs and practises of the Veda throw a flood of light upon the religions of all European countries before the introduction of Christianity.''
Those scholars studied the Vedas unbiasedly.
So I think one should practise his faith faithfully.Bit there is nothing wrong in knowing what exists in other religions too.
To know really completely about the Hindu religion, its practises and preachings, its epics in the proper sense takes a great amount of time and commitment.
Every religion is good, otherwise, it will not be there.
S,friend ,let us know each other better, there is nothing wrong.

Just being born a Hindu does not make you a believer of the Hindu religion. We mistakenly think that it is our duty to protect our religion. A religion is a God sent docrine, and it does not depend on the pride of you and me to safeguard it.
When we say 'religion', humbleness is the most important and unseparable part of it. And when we are humble we have equal respect for all the human beings, be them Christians or Muslims or Sikhs or for that matter even fellow Hindus whom we call lower castes. When we become like that, then only we can say that we believe in our religion, ie Hinduism.

What is wrong.
I think you are under the impression that all foreigners are Christians. Not necessarily, perhaps non-hindus may be curious or even interested in worshipping.
Instead they can be guided with do's and don'ts inside the temple.

Do you love God more than these? What does the word of God say about religions? Unequally yoked? You say ignorant,God says so! There is no respect when it comes to worshiping anything other than God. Did Jesus respect others beliefs? The words Christ spoke were spirit and truth. Hindu is of the flesh created by men to distort people from God. What are you maintaining by going to a place to reverence her religion? Who can serve God and respect and love people that oppose Christ teachings. So if Gods' spirit dwells within you,you already know wrong from right. Your first desire is to him and all else is futile. So you have a girlfriend that worships another god? Solomon had many wives and build shrines to their gods. These places covered the land. He had many wives and concubines. His love for them and their needs separated him from the love of God. He was the wisest man in the Bible. But in the end he became feeble. He wrote the book of proverbs and said the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. He spoke about woman and how they can change a mans way of thinking when it comes to a relationship with God. Love can make anyone change their views when it becomes greater than ones love for God. Satan has a unique way of making us feel like it is a innocent gesture to be with someone that does not know their God. Only God knows how it will end. God gives us the wisdom to make choices wisely if we trust him and not mankind.

They have come to know that one of the main eliment of their faith - the Incarnation theory - was taken by Greeks & Romans from Hindu philosphers during the invasion of India by Alexender the great. (332 BC)
Now they want to see it as to how they created and maintained it in their religion of 3 Million Gods.

You can also visit a church when you visit those countries.
They just come to see the place. And probably see the architecture and culture.
Is a part of tourism.
