I Have A 61 Inch Samsung DLP Tv with a computer moniter imput(VGA) does anyone know of any box or something i can watch my tv and view my computer split screen?

If it supports Picture in Picture you might be able to use that.
Otherwise the only real solution would be to put a TV tuner card in your computer and watch TV on computer with your computer driving the TV.
You might want to make sure the TV can handle what computers put out though (although you can make your computer output what the TV will want anyway).

One thing you can get is a TV with picture in picture, and by Christmas, SHARP EUROPE in partnership with its Japanese offices, will go into production of the WORLD'S first SPLIT-SCREEN TV, available by Christmas.
