Tom Cruise. After he lip-synced "Old Time Rock and Roll" in the movie "Risky Business" while using a hairbrush as a microphone and dancing in his underwear, he was asked the question a zillion times.

The quote as it is oft used and repeated on everything from blogrings to t-shirts,

"Why, yes, I use a hairbrush as a microphone and dance around in my underwear. Thank you, very much."
